Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or replacement. Return postage costs are to be covered by the buyer, unless the item is damaged or defective. Please contact us at shopseedsaus@gmail.com for assistance with a return in such cases.

Please note that untracked postage method does not qualify for refunds in case of delays or lost items. To ensure security and peace of mind, we recommend adding tracking to your seed purchase for $2.99 or considering the Express Postage option, which will provide reliable tracking and better protection for your order.

Limitation of Liability for Seed Germination: While we source high-quality seeds and provide growing instructions, please understand that seed germination is influenced by various factors beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for non-germination of seeds.
