A popular culinary herb with abundant, flat, bright green leaves and a fresh, distinctive flavour. Italian Parsley is excellent for adding flavour and colour to salads, sauces, soups, pasta and a wide variety of dishes.

Sowing Time: Spring, summer and autumn
Position: Full sun to partial shade
Soil: Well drained, fertile soil
Sowing Depth: 5mm deep in final position
Spacing: 20cm apart
Germination Time: 18-28 days
Flowering Time: Second year
Growing Tips:
Keep soil consistently moist during germination and early growth.
Parsley can be slow to germinate, so patience is required while seedlings establish.
Harvest the outer leaves as required, allowing the centre of the plant to continue producing fresh growth.
