A well-known perennial herb valued for its calming properties, Valerian produces clusters of sweetly scented, pale pink to white flowers. Traditionally used to support relaxation and restful sleep.

Planting Instructions:
Sowing Time: Autumn to spring
Position: Full sun to partial shade
Soil: Moist, well-drained, fertile soil
